What's Included:

• A 75 minute phone session (where we'll meditate together and create a customized meditation plan),

• Session notes and other resources via a follow up email,

• Plus a week of email support for accountability and any questions or challenges that may come up after the session.

You'll leave having a really solid plan to jumpstart your meditation practice!

A note about our session:

• Plan to be in a quiet, distraction free space for our session. We'll be doing some meditation together, so make sure you have a comfortable place to sit.

• I also recommend using headphones.
