What's Included:

  • A 45-60 minute video chat (where we'll create a plan of action and meditate together!),
  • Session notes via a follow up email, 
  • Access to a "Meditation Jumpstart Library" where I've uploaded everything you need to get your practice going (think guided meditations and other helpful resources), 
  • And right now I'm also offering a week of email support for accountability and any questions or challenges that may come up after the session.

You'll leave having a really solid plan to jumpstart your practice!

A few notes about our session:

  • No prep necessary, but it's best to be in a quiet, distraction free zone for our session. We'll be doing some meditation together, so make sure you have a comfortable place to sit. 
  • We'll use a video conferencing program called Zoom for the session. I'll send you more details on that before our call.
