Now all you have to do is:

  • Mark your calendars for May 25th at 7pm EST. (We'll go for about an hour)
  • Download Zoom here, which is a video conference room where we'll meet. (I recommend using a computer or iPad so you can be hands free to meditate; you'll also have the option to turn your video off and just use audio if you prefer)
