A journey of cultivating TRUE inner peace through mindfulness, seasonal alignment, and reconnecting to your soul.
Peace. And when I say Peace…I mean that Deep Peace that comes from the inside out. TRUE Peace. Where you know that no matter what’s going on around you, it’s all good!
That true peace is something most of us crave, but for so many, it feels like this magical thing that is always just out of reach. An impossible dream where reality is marked by our neurosis, anxieties, and fears.
A big reason you can’t seem to experience true peace, is that you’ve been misinformed about what it is and where it comes from.
Peace DOES NOT come from:
a lack of pain or uncomfortable emotions.
“playing it safe” and avoiding challenging situations.
attempting to over-control the people and situations around you to create outer peace (either by hiding out and playing it safe OR by being super bossy!)
Peace DOES come from:
learning to accept and embrace pain and uncomfortable emotions as a natural and necessary part of life.
learning to use difficult emotions and catalyze them into healing, personal growth, and happiness.
learning to stay grounded and present even when there is chaos going on around you.

These are all very common signs that you simply have not been practicing enough mental, emotional, or spiritual self care.
We are all made up of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Each of these parts of us has a specific function, and when properly maintained they can do their jobs with ease and grace. But when neglected, they will each begin to show signs of imbalance (like those listed above). These symptoms can range from mild annoyances (like an unfocused mind or emotional sensitivity), to full blown physical illness, when neglected for too long.
But have no fear! Once you understand how to nourish and maintain the health of your mind, body, and spirit, and you create consistent self care rituals to do so, you will experience the ease, peace, flow, and joy you’ve been craving.
And this is exactly what I designed the “Peace Practice Program” for!
The Peace Practice Program is a one on one, 8 week mindfulness and self care journey, to help you heal your mind, emotions, and spirit, so you can experience more mental focus, emotional resilience, connection to your intuition, and peace (all while navigating the very natural ups and down of life).

For years I struggled with chronic stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. And I believed that I was just destined to settle for a safe and boring life that wouldn’t trigger my anxiety and fear tendencies too much.
One day in desperation, (after an emotional melt down that spanned several months), I decided to give meditation a try. And thus began my 15+ year meditation and spiritual journey, that has completely transformed my life!
I truly believe that if meditation and other mental and spiritual self care tools were taught in schools, the world would be in a much better place.
But for now, I believe it’s each of our duties to find and commit to practices to heal ourselves (mentally and spiritually), so we can spread more peace and healing to our families, our communities, and the world!

Additional Guided Meditations: by the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll have a library of powerful guided meditations and other spiritual practices you can use anytime you need them (so you never have to spend hours searching online for the perfect practice again!).
