How do I know this? Because that was my journey too.
For years I struggled with chronic anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. While I always had big dreams, I feared that I was destined to settle for a mediocre life that didn’t force me out of my comfort zone and trigger my anxiety too much.
One day in desperation (after an emotional melt down that lasted several months), I decided to give meditation a try. And so began my 15+ year meditation and spiritual journey, that has completely transformed my life! Since then I have trained in Chinese Medicine, Buddhist meditation, and transformational life coaching (and self-studied in dozens of other holistic healing modalities).
I believe it’s each of our duties to find and commit to “peace practices”- practices that heal our mind, emotions, and spirit- so we can step more fully into our purpose, power, and gifts, and use them to co-create a better world.

🔸Our first class is October 28th! Calls are Wednesdays at 7pm EST and take place from the comfort of your own home (on Zoom). And if you have to miss a class, you’ll get a replay + you can get support via email or our private Facebook community. **If Wednesday night doesn’t work, click here and let me know because I may add a second group at an additional day/time.
Q: I’VE STRUGGLED STARTING AND/OR MAINTAINING A MEDITATION PRACTICE IN THE PAST. WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?
🔸EVERYONE is capable of meditating. It’s just about finding the practices and rituals that work best for you. So if you truly have the desire, AND you’re willing to show up to our calls, ask questions, and make the effort, then YOU WILL GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED from this experience. Also, that’s why I made this container three months…to give you time to truly develop a new meditation habit that sticks and begin getting the powerful benefits from your new practice.

Q: WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM USING A MEDITATION APP OR YOUTUBE MEDITATION VIDEOS?
🔸The weekly personalized support (from a meditation teacher and coach whose been practicing many different meditation and spiritual modalities for over a decade), accountability, and intimate community make this a very different experience than just using a meditation app. Apps have some great guided practices if you know what type of meditation you want. BUT they won’t help you work through challenges you have with the meditation practices themselves, determine which practice is best for you, or overcome any inner blocks you have to maintaining a consistent and joyful practice.
