As a soul-centered dreamer and HSP (highly sensitive person) who’s prone to anxiety, I spent years of my life dreaming big, only to get stuck in paralyzing self-doubt, overwhelm, and resistance each time I tried to create change in my life!
After spending years of my life stuck in jobs, relationships, and situations that I knew weren’t serving me (but that I felt powerless to change), I got fed up and embarked on a powerful, decade-long healing journey that led me to Buddhist meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine & the I Ching, and transformational life-coaching.
✨And then one day I woke up and realized, I had found the secret to consciously creating change in my life (with peace, ease, and joy…. not overwhelm or anxiety!)✨
And so, I created my CONSCIOUS CREATION SYSTEM to guide others in reclaiming their own power to consciously create more purposeful and soul-aligned lives!
When I joined the Peace Practice, my anxiety and depression were at a new high, and I felt stuck and paralyzed in my life. I knew there was so much more to unearth and heal within myself before I could bring the vision for my life into fruition, and that perhaps I needed to meditate much more than I was. I learned even more meditation and mindfulness practices to use based on what I’m going through and how I’m feeling. I created my own sacred space and a consistent practice, which I never committed to doing before! While I have so much more work ahead of me, Dana helped me lay the foundation for a consistent practice, and she’s always there for me when I need additional support and accountability.
